Changing Your Shipping AddressUpdated 7 months ago

If you have placed your order and notice that the shipping address you provided at checkout is incorrect, please email our lovely customer care girlies at [email protected] as soon as possible!

โœจ Tip!! โœจBe sure to include your name, order number, and the correct shipping address in your email!


If your order is not yet on its way to you, we will be able to correct the shipping address for you! Please keep in mind that orders are typically sent to our pick and pack pixies in less than an hour after your order is placed (our customer care girlies are super quick!!) so we only have a very limited amount of time to make address corrections!!ย 

Australia

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, due to shipping speeds, it may not be possible to change your shipping address. We recommend reaching out to Australia Post directly to request this change.ย 

New Zealand Express

If your order has already shipped and you chose DHL Express shipping, you will need to request an address change via DHL directly!ย 

  1. Go to this link -ย https://www.ondemand.dhl.com/ and choose your country. ๐ŸŒŽ
  2. Click 'manage shipment as a guest' - the red text under sign up/or log in now.
  3. It will ask you for your waybill/tracking number. This will be in your shipping confirmation email! ๐Ÿ“ง
  4. You will need to fill in the letters/numbers to ensure you aren't a robot. ๐Ÿค–
  5. It will then send a passcode to your phone, once you enter that you can update your address to anything! ๐Ÿ’žThe amazing DHL team will instantly update your address for you - so fast! โšก๏ธ

New Zealand Standard

If your order has already shipped and you chose DHL Standard shipping, sadly your address is not able to be updated. You are welcome to try contacting Aramex Fastway directly to see if they are able to update your information!ย 
โœจ Tip!! โœจ Your Aramex Fastway tracking identification number can be found under the details section of your DHL tracking link.

Insufficient Address

FYI if your package can't be delivered due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided at the checkout we will not be able to offer redelivery, so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] if your order fails delivery due to this and is marked as โ€˜delivered to original senderโ€™!
