Lost Shipment - NZ Standard ShippingUpdated 7 months ago

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered, but you canโ€™t find your package, we will always do our best to help you locate your kinis!

โœจ Tip!! โœจ We ask that you first look around your home or apartment complex and ask family, roommates, neighbours, and building management if they have seen your package! In most cases, your delivery will occur between 6am - 7pm.

If you still have no luck in locating your package, then please contact Aramex Fastway directly and as quickly as possible! The reason why we are unable to help you with this is because unfortunately due to Aramex Fastway privacy rules we do not have the authority to open an investigation on your behalf! ๐Ÿ’ž Please also email our lovely customer care girlies atย [email protected]ย and be sure to include your name and order number in the email!ย 

In order for us to be able to give you a refund or replacement, we will need evidence from Aramex Fastway confirming that the package was lost in transit or misdelivered - where Aramex Fastway is at fault. We sadly cannot offer compensation or a replacement if the delivery was completed correctly and the package stolen or lost following correct delivery.. ๐Ÿ’ž Just a little heads up, we cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address provided, but not received by the customer. ๐Ÿซถ

โœจ Tip!! โœจ We highly recommend always selecting a shipping address where you or someone you trust will be available to accept the package at delivery!
