Return Policy:
Full price items and items purchased with a discount of 15% or less may be returned within 30 days for a refund, store credit or exchange. 
Sale items may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. 
Final sale items, including mystery pieces and accessories marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
SUMMER code items are eligible to return for store credit only (no refunds or exchanges).

Free Return or Exchanges on All Orders
We want your Kulani pieces to feel like sunshine, not like a leap of faith. We obsess over fit, coverage and comfort, so you don’t have to. We know purchasing swimwear and clothing online can feel…a little nervy. That’s why all Kulani orders come with free returns or exchanges. If the fit isn’t quite fitting, we’ve got you. No return handling fees or return costs are payable.
Please note -
- sale items are only eligible for return for store credit and final sale items are not eligible for return. 
- the cost of shipping on your original order is non-refundable.
- we are not able to offer a second exchange on the same order. 

Hygiene: Items returned must be in new and unworn condition with the tags and hygienic liners attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear! 

Refund Processing: Once our amazing Returns Team receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Split Payment Refunds: If a purchase is completed using a gift card and another method of payment, when a refund is processed, the refund is applied to the gift card first, until it reaches the full amount available for refund. Then rest of the refund is applied to the other payment methods.

Exchange Item Availability: When you set up your exchange through our portal, please note pieces you select to exchange are not held for you! A successful exchange is based on item availability at the time when your return package is in transit back to us and we are preparing to send your shiny new exchange pieces! 👙 If the piece you have requested to exchange for are out of stock, we will automatically email you a store credit for the piece so you can choose something new! 

Exchange Shipping: We will begin preparing your new pieces for shipment when your return pieces are in transit back to us - you won't have to wait until your return reaches us for your new pieces to ship! All Australian exchanges are shipped via Australia Post Express Shipping method which typically offers delivery in 1-3 business days for delivery. All New Zealand exchanges are shipped via Standard Shipping method which typically offers delivery in 5-10 business days for delivery. 

Exchange on Exchange: If you’ve exchanged an item and your exchange piece also does not fit, we can offer you a refund in store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. We are not able to offer a second exchange. 

Bundled Returns: Please do not bundle returns, our system requires a separate return request including label for each order number. We use a returns scanning system, so if you combine pieces from multiple orders into one package, the extra pieces that don't belong to that barcode may not be accounted for and we may not be able to process your refund or exchange for the items. 

Return From Rest Of World: For customers shopping outside of Australia + New Zealand we are able to offer a return for refund or store credit. Sorry we are currently unable to offer exchanges or returns shipping labels for Asia, North America + Oceania. Once you set up your return through our portal, you will be provided with our warehouse address in Sydney, Australia where you can ship your pieces back to. 💞 You may mail your pieces back through the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping on your original order is non-refundable and we highly suggest sending your pieces back using a trackable shipping method!
